We begin by getting to know your family and every detail about what position you'll be filling. Upon submission, we will send you our welcome packet while we review your application. We will then reach out to setup a time to talk about our process. Please keep in mind that once you officially sign on with the agency, your nanny search can take between 2-8 weeks.

You will then get exclusive access to all of our nannies. This is where you will get to review their resumes, ideal pay, city preference, etc.

We will then schedule each interview for you at the most convenient time for your family and the nanny.

We want to make sure your transition with the new nanny is seamless. This allows your nanny to come out for one complimentary hour to meet your family on a day that is most convenient for you. Giving you the security you are seeking to make sure it will be a good fit.

We require a nanny - family contract to be completed prior to the nanny's start date. Once completed, your placement fee will be due and you'll be all set to work with your new Nanny!
